By registering a company account or otherwise using Invoicer ("the Service"), operated by Techline Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service.
Invoicer is an invoicing and billing management platform that lets registered companies create invoices and quotes, record payments, and manage customers, products, and taxes. A free usage tier and paid subscription plans (monthly/yearly) may apply, as described on the Billing page of the platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering a company account. New company accounts may be subject to review and approval before access is granted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, to impersonate any person or entity, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or company data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
You retain ownership of the customer, product, invoice, and other business data you enter into the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, quotes, and financial records you create, and for complying with any tax, accounting, or legal obligations applicable to your business.
Certain usage levels may require a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly as selected. Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable except where required by law. The platform operator may update pricing with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate a company account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techline Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
